Yogyakarta– New academic year 2018/2019, IPIEF get new student from Sudan, he is Abdelrahm Husam Abdelrahm Mohamed. He will study in IPIEF until graduation. On Monday (3/9) Rahm attended the English Bridging Course and Tutorial which is finished on September 9, 2018 with great enthusiasm and can follow the agenda so well.

The aim of this agenda are to provide provisions and strengthening of English of new students to beginning the lecture. English Bridging Course and Tutorial has two sessions with duration 4 hours per session. The first session, 08.00 am to 12.00 pm students get English language material that taught by professional instructors from Language Training Center (LTC) UMY. Then in the second session at 01.00 am to 05.00pm students get introduction material on macroeconomics and microeconomics, principal accounting and mathematics.

At beginning of the meeting, students were given a pretest to know the new student knowledge of economics and English.  On last day of the English Bridging Course and Tutorial (9/9), students are given a final exam that aim to determine the progress of student after joined the activity.
