International Program for Islamic Economics and Finance (IPIEF) presents Guest Lecture Series. This Even semester’s 5^th Guest Lecture Class Series is on Saturday, June 18th 2022 at 10.00 AM – 12.00 PM WIB, Through the online Zoom meeting. IPIEF invited extraordinary lecturers Dr. Jerome Kueh Swee Hui and Prof Dr Evan Lau from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak. The meeting was moderator directly by IPIEF lecturer Dr. Agus Tri B, SE., M.Si with the discussion topic is Econometrics Basic and Application. This class was mainly attended by IPIEF Students, UNIMAS Student and open for other students to join the class via youtube live stream.

This Guest Lecture has a different method from others, because there are 3 speakers with different topics. Still in line with Econometrics but they explain their critical IDEA.

1. Dr Jerome explain the student about the basic of econometrics. He describes several approach such as statistical approach, Classical Assumpton, Goodness ef fit, Time Series Approach, Panel Data Approach and others.
2. Dr Evan Lou presenting his research with his colleague about ‘Testing for Farmer stock Market unemployment Hypothesis during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Malaysia’
3. And Dr Agus Tri Basuki representing UMY Lecturer explain Applied in Model Dynamic on Research.
