13^th Guest Lecture Series with Prof. Fan Ming with Topic A Critical Thinking on the Multiplier Theory

International Program for Islamic Economics and Finance (IPIEF) presents Guest Lecture Series. This odd semester’s 13th Guest Lecture Class Series is on Wednesday, 1 December 2021 at 01.00 – 03.00 PM WIB, Through the online Zoom meeting. IPIEF invited extraordinary lecturers, Prof Fan Ming from SIAS Internasional University, China. The class was moderated by IPIEF’s Lecturer Dr. Dimas Bagus Wiranatakusuma with the topic A Critical Thinking on the Multiplier Theory This class was mainly attended by the 3rd Semester’s Students and open for other students to join the class via youtube live stream.

This Class talks about multiplier as an economic theory and its critical thinking it. There are some points that we can learn from this class :

1. The unquestioned theory à Multiplier Theory
2. Realization of the multiplier is a process that continuously increases in demand leading to an increase I production and the increase in production creates a nw round of demand and so on and so forth until infinity
3. The main flaws of multiplier theory
