International Program for Islamic Economics and Finance (IPIEF) presents Guest Lecture Series. This odd semester’s 12th Guest Lecture Class Series is on Wednesday, 1 December 2021 at 10.00 – 11.30 AM WIB, Through the online Zoom meeting. IPIEF invited extraordinary lecturers, Dr. Syahidawati from Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia. The class was moderated by IPIEF’s Lecturer Zaini Mukhlis, Lc., MIRKH with the topic Cooperation Contract (Musyarakah and Mudharabah) This class was mainly attended by the 3rd Semester’s Students and open for other students to join the class via youtube live stream.
This Class talk about the implementation of Musyarakah and Mudharabah as the Cooperation Contract in Economics. There are three part as the essence of understanding the main components of partnership for the application in various fields of Muamalat activities. First, Conceptual underpinning of Partnership in Muamalat. Second, Partnership in Application. Third, Partnership in Islamic Banking and Financial Contracts.
