SKSG UI Students Achieving Best Paper and Best Presenter at ICIEFI UMY 2019
On Tuesday and Wednesday the end of July 2019 (30-31 / 7), two papers by students of Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies (KTTI), School of Strategic Studies and Global (SKSG), University of Indonesia won the Best Paper and Best Presenter at The 4th International Conference on Islamic Economics and Financial Inclusion (ICIEFI) 2019 in Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta.
Paper entitled Muslim Millennial’s Intention to Donate through Fintech written by Farokhah Muzayinatun Niswah, Lu’liyatul Mutmainah and Diah Ayu Legowati won the Gold Prize is to discuss the intention of the millennial generation Muslims to donate through fintech in Indonesia, given that Indonesia is the most generous country in the world according to the world Giving Index Score, 2018. While the paper titled Developing Fintech And Islamic Finance Products In the Agricultural Value Chain written by R. Gratiyana Ningrat also won the same award. Related themes agricultural ecosystems combined with technology won the attention of reviewers and give a novelty in the world of agriculture in Indonesia. The fourth student is completing his graduate studies in economics and Islamic finance specialization, KTTI UI.
Graduate student participation in scientific activities such as these need to be supported in order to continue to produce the best work and get the latest issue of the field that is being studied. UI future is expected to continue to provide information and training for students to continue to work and be able to contribute their knowledge.
