Public Lecture BAZNAS RI
Yogyakarta– Department of Development Economics and IPIEF FEB UMY on Thursday, November 15th held a Public Lecture by Dr. Irfan Syauqi Beik. He is Director of Strategic Study Center Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Rebuplik Indonesia (BAZNAS RI). This event was attended by 150 students of Faculty Economics and Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. It took place at 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Amphitheater E7B KH. Ibrahim building 5th floor UMY.
On this occasion the head of department Development Economics Dr. Imamudin Yuliadi opened the public lecture entitled “ISLAMIC ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION IN THE ERA OF GENERATION INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION 4.0”. On this public lecture, Dr. Irfan Syauqi discussed about the role of fintech in zakat. He also explained about the fast industrial revolution 4.0. The event was closed by question and answer session.
