5  Compiling the right and comprehensive reports
6  Meeting the standardized quality of the works
Job Description
1 Formulating the plans and proposed budget of the department, encompassing every aspect from education, research, people empowerment, to student services and promotion.
2  Planning in advance the competency of non-academic staff at the department level
3  Providing the service quality that can satisfy the stakeholders
4  Designing the annual operational plan of Department in accordance with given responsibility
5  Maintaining and evaluating the resource division including facilities, infrastucture, finance, and supporting aspect at the department level
6 Facilitating the internal coordination among the academic staff in Department of Economics in order to improving the human resource
7 Documenting the wide array of both academic and non-academic activities in a hard/soft copy
8 Preparing the annual reports periodically as well as other documents at the end of the term of service
9  Accompanying the new official in the transition period within a month after the new secretary of department being elected.
